*New Vail Square Project in Lionshead
Please be aware that the New Vail Square project is currently being constructed next to Lion Square Lodge which may add some additional activity, traffic and noise.  Services and retail operations remain open in Lionshead. Our access to Vail Mountain, the Eagle Bahn Gondola and the Born Free Chairlift remain open and as convenient as ever.

Winter Deposit Policy:     
All reservations require two nights lodging deposit and must be received within 14 days after making the reservation.  Final payment is due 42 days prior to arrival.  During Holiday Season, an initial deposit equal to 2 nights lodging is due within 14 days of making the reservation.  Final payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.

Winter Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation fee is 50% of deposit if cancelled 42 days or more prior to arrival.  Cancellations made less than 42 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payments.  During Holiday Season, cancellation fee is 50% of deposit if received 60 days or more prior to arrival.  Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payments.

Summer  Deposit Policy:     
A deposit equivalent to one night's rental is due within ten (10) days after making reservations.  Deposits can be made by  check or credit card.  Final payment is due upon arrival.  While at Lion Square Lodge, guests may use cash, personal checks (with proper identification), traveler's checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards.   

Summer Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund less a $50 handling fee per unit.  Cancellations or a reduction in total nights of the reservation received within 48 hours of arrival will be responsible for the entire stay.  No shows will be charged for their entire stay.
